Have you made any brave decisions this year?
In the past 12 months I’ve made quite a few that have changed my life in small and big ways.
I…
- Changed my coaching business to focus on healing women’s rage.
- Started a woman’s circle.
- Decided I no longer want to wear my wedding ring.
- Attended my first protest, and have been attending every month since.
- Became more politically engaged.
- Took my son out of main stream school.
- Made a commitment to slow down and treat myself with as much compassion as possible…as a recovering people pleaser and perfectionist, this has been the hardest!
I’m in no way sharing this to say “look at me” (I’m too long in the tooth for that shit). I’m sharing because this is what happens when you listen to yourself, trust yourself and have the nervous system capacity to take action. Regardless of what other people think or say.
Brave decisions are made with your heart.
I also want to share that every one of these decisions had something in common.
None of them made sense intellectually BUT they all made sense in my heart. They were decisions that emerged through the wisdom of my body. Decisions made as I slowed down and listened to emotions that needed to be heard.
FEELING your way through brave decisions is a skill I’ll be sharing during my Feminine Embodiment Workshop – FEEL YOUR WILD
Supporting you to make brave decisions
Over 3 x 1 hour sessions I’ll be sharing different embodiment tools and practices that help you connect with your inner voice. Find the wisdom in your wilder emotions. Then, increase your capacity to care less what other people think and start taking action around what matters to you.
I’ll also be supporting you to do this with a shit ton of compassion for yourself – the ultimate magic ingredient!
So, if you’re exhausted by mental gymnastics. If you’re ready to connect to the instinctual wisdom in your body so that you can make brave decisions. FEEL YOUR WILD is where you need to be.
50% of all workshop proceeds will be split between the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund and Hope and Haven for Refugees. I’d love for you to join us so that we can learn, explore, have fun and support others at a time when they desperately need our help.
