The Queen Archetype embodies universal energy, presence, and power. She symbolizes mature femininity, making decisions with wisdom and clarity. She stands firmly rooted in her beliefs and responds to the world accordingly.
Yet, as we age, not all of us reach this maturity. Childhood behaviors and reactions often trap us, especially when it comes to expressing anger and rage.
We remain stuck in the fables and fairytales that were read to us in childhood.
What Patriarchal Fairytales Taught Us
We wait like Rapunzel for a prince to rescue us, then rage when he doesn’t appear.
Shrink like Cinderella, making ourselves small and unimportant because society rejects shining girls. Then sulk when others ignore us.
We become the Wicked Witch, trapped in a mirror reflecting only missed opportunities, then project our rage onto others.
Whilst we’re stuck in fairytales, we’re stuck in childhood tantrums!
Re-writing the Script
To embrace maturity you must begin to rewrite your story. Making yourself the heroine who saves the day.
You must start carving a narrative that prioritises YOU leading the way and embodying all you were born to be, do, and say!
Connect with your inner Queen Archetype and let her lead with clarity and wisdom. Embrace your rage, age, power, and sovereignty and speaking up from a place of deep self-love. Not from wounds and disappointment.
As a Feminine Embodiment Coach I support women who are ready to abandon reactivity and adopt a wiser, more grounded approach to boundaries and communication. Women who are ready to stand up for themselves, their beliefs and create lives aligned with their true selves.
If this resonates with you, reach out. Let’s ignite a powerful conversation about ripping up patriarchal fairytales and creating your own heroine’s journey.
