I’ve recently been contacted by people who’ve asked, “what is the best feminine embodiment coaching programme?”
So, I thought I’d share some details about the programme I studied with the School of Embodied Arts.
Whether you’re someone who’s interested in deepening your own embodied practices? Or incorporating feminine embodiment into your coaching…it’s the place to be!
I joined the school in 2020 because I was looking for a different way to navigate life.
Like so many women, I’d lived my life steeped in masculine energy. Striving, pushing, intellectualising and ticking off goals. I’d achieved a lot but was burnt out and numb from the stress.
I was intrigued about embracing a more feminine approach to life. Plus, I wanted to ensure I could coach women in a way that felt supportive, vital, non-hierarchical and safe.
To say I received all of this is an understatement!
I met a community of incredible human beings (some of whom remain dear friends). I learnt revolutionary embodiment practices, and teachings that went way beyond any curriculum I’d studied before.
However, I think the most transformative aspect of the course was living and embodying it ourselves. It wasn’t just a case of learning coaching tools. We learnt how to live from our bodies and align with our true selves, whilst learning how to share these skills and practices with others.
How It Changed Me
On a personal level the feminine embodiment coaching programme transformed me into a fully feeling, aligned, grounded person who navigates life’s challenges using the intuition and deep wisdom that’s alive in my body.
My life (whilst not always easy) feels more easeful. I spend more time in my feminine energy and can lean into surrender and trust instead of controlling and pushing.
From a business perspective I LOVE being a Feminine Embodiment Coach.
After a couple of years of generic coaching… I now specialise in supporting midlife women to feel, understand and love their Sacred Rage. Harnessing its energy to prioritise their needs, make brave decisions and create a life that’saligned with the truth of who they are.
I’m grateful to Jenna and her team at the School of Embodied Arts. The programme’s helped me to become a skilled somatic coach able to ask powerful questions and create long-lasting transformations with the humans I partner with.
So! If you’re wondering, “what is the best Feminine Embodiment Coaching Programme”? I would highly recommend this one if you want to live and coach in a deeply embodied way.
